The credit/debit card used to make the booking will be required upon check-in. In addition to full payment, the hotel reserves the right to take a pre-authorisation for the amount of GBP 50 for any incidentals charged during the stay. If no incidentals are charged during the stay, the pre-authorisation will be released on departure.

If you are a company and are booking on behalf of your clients, a confirmation e-mail or fax containing a copy of the card and proof of authority to charge it is required to give the property authority to charge the card.
