The property is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
Due to safety reasons, children must be accompanied at all times (especially around the swimming pool areas).
Fireworks and lanterns are strictly not allowed in the property area.
Rates are inclusive of cleaning fees and water usage.
Electricity will be charged THB 7 per electrical unit.
A security deposit of THB 15000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
